What we’re not looking for:
There are hundreds of other places to find advertisements about companies. This is not a ad-agency. You will find banner ads on the site featuring local companies; however, regarding articles, they will act as a source of information and knowledge and will typically attract people to your business. Call it advertising, call it an article, call it whatever you want, but we like to call it a great opportunity. It's likely you will be sought out for professional services and consultation.
We are happy to accept articles that have been published in your own newsletters, blogs, forums, etc., granted you receive the authority to have the article posted here as well as your own companies publication.
How to write an article for SGExclusive:
Present a clear article with a well-balanced structure, while keeping our core readership of working professionals in mind. Write boldly and in your own voice, but please refer to our guidelines on format and house style. Verify your information and cite sources when you need to.
We’ll look for a variety of other aspects, such as experience and education. The more experience you have, the better. Please refrain from bashing or putting down other companies and practices as these types of articles will not be accepted.
How to submit an article for consideration:
E-mail us about you. We will set you up with an account, then you can submit your articles at any time. We review submissions at least once a day, but sometimes it takes longer.
There are three acceptable formats for the delivery of the final draft of your article:
- EMAIL
- Microsoft Word doc or RTF
- Plain text
If you use Microsoft Word or plain text, please put link text in square brackets, with the URL in parentheses following your link text.
